Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships in Maryland is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our high-performing service team. You will greet customers, schedule appointments, and clearly communicate repair needs and timelines.

You will coordinate with technicians, maintain service records, and deliver an exceptional customer experience every visit. The position offers a strong salary with commission/bonus potential, plus comprehensive benefits and a path for career

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• English required; Spanish bilingual a plus.

• Prior customer service and/or sales experience required (automotive experience is a plus)

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
