This full-time role is the connection between customers and service excellence, coordinating repairs, estimates, and timelines while delivering an exceptional experience.

You’ll greet customers, schedule appointments, communicate needs clearly, and maintain accurate service records.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required; automotive knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish bilingual preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable using computers and dealership software.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers promptly and professionally.
• Answer service calls and schedule appointments.
• Communicate repair needs, estimates, and timelines clearly.
• Coordinate repair orders with Technicians.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
