Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive Corporation is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer to be the trusted face guiding guests through the repair journey. You’ll explain repairs, update customers on vehicle status, and help ensure satisfaction before departure.

Ideal candidates bring automotive service/customer service experience, ASE certification or equivalent, and supervisory experience. A high school diploma or GED is required, with formal education preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive Customer Service or Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales role.
• ASE certification in service management or equivalent experience.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications.
• Current driver’s licenses.
• Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Associates degree or undergraduate degree.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the repair process, keep them informed on vehicle status, and ensure satisfaction before departure.
