Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer in Fort Worth, TX. You will be the trusted advisor guiding guests through repairs, keeping them informed and satisfied with the service experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting repair options, managing the workflow, and maintaining a positive, team-oriented environment. Requires valid driver’s license and automotive customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in an automotive customer service role or automotive service write/advisor/sales role.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and automotive store applications.
• Current driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with hospitality and respect.
• Present repair options in clear, understandable terms.
• Manage store workflow efficiently.
• Sell services while upholding honesty and integrity.
