Responsibilities

• Ascertain automotive problems from customer descriptions and inspections.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
• Develop repair estimates and prepare repair orders (RO).
• Maintain customer rapport and provide updates on estimates and RO status.
• Record problems and corrective actions; keep service records up to date.
