Compensation/Benefits

• Pay structure based on total shop production and individual productivity - estimated compensation is $100k-$120k

Responsibilities

• Greetcustomers promptly and clearly reportall vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determineand recommendneeded maintenance based on age, mileage, and vehicle history
• Preparecomplete and accurate estimates of cost for labor and parts
• Monitorthe progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently
• Verifythat the final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order
• Explainall completed work and charges to customers
