Tire Pros & Wheel Experts in Stillwater, MN seeks an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who delivers outstanding customer service, accurately documenting issues, building repair estimates, and coordinating work between customers and technicians.

The ideal candidate is organized, knowledgeable about automotive systems and upgrades, communicates clearly, and can multitask in a fast-paced shop while maintaining strong relationships with customers and the franchise's standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
• Experience with tires, wheels, and/or suspension upgrades is a big plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with shop management software (experience with Protractor or similar is a plus)
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly first impression
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Build estimates for repairs, maintenance, tires, wheels, and suspension upgrades
• Communicate recommended services clearly and confidently
• Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
• Provide updates on vehicle status and timelines
• Upsell services when appropriate (without being pushy)
• Handle invoicing, payments, and follow-ups
• Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
