Job summary

Tire Pros & Wheel Experts is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor in Stillwater, MN. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while accurately documenting issues, building repair estimates, and communicating service recommendations.

The ideal candidate will be organized, knowledgeable about automotive repair, and able to manage complex shop workflows, including upgrades to tires, wheels, and suspension.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Experience with tires, wheels, and/or suspension upgrades is a big plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with shop management software (experience with Protractor or similar is a plus).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly first impression.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
• Build estimates for repairs, maintenance, tires, wheels, and suspension upgrades.
• Communicate recommended services clearly and confidently.
• Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians.
• Provide updates on vehicle status and timelines.
• Upsell services when appropriate (without being pushy).
• Handle invoicing, payments, and follow-ups.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
