Don Johnson's Ladysmith Motors is looking for a high-performing Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team in Ladysmith.
This role is also commonly known as a Service Writer or Service Consultant. No matter the title, the purpose is simple: help guests feel informed, respected, and confident when they bring their vehicle to us for service.
You’ll be the trusted connection between our guests and our technicians. You’ll listen carefully, write clear repair orders, explain vehicle needs, communicate updates, and help deliver a service experience people remember for the right reasons.

Previous automotive service experience is preferred, but we are also open to the right person with strong experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or leadership.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record under company insurance requirements. Automotive knowledge, dealership experience, or manufacturer training is a plus.
