TGK Automotive in Minnesota is hiring a Service Advisor/Sales to be the face of our shops and the main contact for customers throughout repair and maintenance, delivering a 5-star experience.

Compensation: 70K–90K per year (hourly + bonus opportunities). Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet customers professionally and document concerns clearly.
• Ability to listen and identify customer service needs accurately.
• Promote services and explain recommendations to customers.
• Provide accurate quotes and keep customers updated on progress.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone using company standards.
• Listen to concerns and document service needs with reference to history.
• Recommend services and convey additional recommendations from technicians.
• Promote services, parts and accessories to customers.
• Provide quotes including cost and time and update customers daily.
• Cashing out tickets with warranty explanations and inspections.
• Follow up after service and manage returns/warranty parts.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
