Job summary

Leeds West Groups is seeking a Sales Associate to provide legendary customer service and expert guidance on automotive repair services. You will support daily operations, promote maintenance offerings, and upsell services to meet customer needs while coordinating with technicians for timely appointments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of one year of related experience preferred.
• Active and unrestricted driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily operations, including scheduling and staffing.
• Provide legendary customer service and handle promotions, financing options, and post-service follow-ups.
• Advise customers on automotive repair services and upsell additional offerings.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service histories.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations.
