Qualifications

• Experience as Service Writer or Advisor, 2+ years preferred.

• Familiar with shop management and estimating software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and document repair needs accurately.
