Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 1 year of related experience in automotive service.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Basic math for commissions and discounts.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• First point of contact for customers on the phone and in the store; engage customers, schedule appointments, and sell parts and services.
• Organize and drive service business through work order and register transactions, inspections, and knowledge of parts.
• Assist management with customer care, work orders, register assistance, and outlet operations.
• Follow cash, credit, check, refund policies; address service issues with the management team.
• Conduct express automotive services: tire mounting/balancing/rotations, oil changes, and inspections.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper torque/servicing per SOP.
• Support a safe work environment compliant with laws and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with associates, management, and customers.
• May handle opening/closing duties as secondary key carrier in designated locations.
• Maintain an organized, neat shop.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety rules.
• Other duties as assigned.
