Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• One year of related experience in the automotive service environment.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Must understand basic math concepts for commissions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers in-store and on the phone.
• Schedule appointments and upsell parts and services to keep customer cars running smoothly.
• Manage work order and register transactions and keep service areas organized.
• Follow policies on cash handling and returns; address issues with management.
• Perform express automotive services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and uphold company safety procedures.
