Job summary

Pep Boys in Decatur, Alabama, seeks a results‑driven customer service associate to engage customers at the service desk, on the sales floor, and at the register. You will apply product knowledge and skills to build trust, schedule appointments, and sell parts and services that keep customers’ cars running at peak efficiency.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year in automotive service or sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in automotive service environment.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers in the store and on the phone.
• Schedule appointments and sell parts and services to meet customer needs.
• Manage work orders and register transactions; maintain parts knowledge.
• Adhere to cash, credit, refund and return policies and respond to issues.
