Responsibilities

• Greet service customers promptly and professionally.
• Inspect vehicle and reference service history to identify needs.
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates and obtain customer authorization.
• Communicate progress and changes to customers and obtain approvals.
• Coordinate warranty repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Confirm appointments and conduct post-repair follow-up.
• Ensure quality work and communicate results to customers.
