Job summary

Fowler Kia of Windsor in Windsor, CO is seeking a Service Advisor who can warmly greet customers, accurately capture repair needs, and act as the bridge between customers and our service technicians.

You will provide clear estimates, upsell appropriate services with integrity, keep customers informed of progress, and ensure satisfaction. A valid driver's license and MVR acceptable to our insurer are required; Kia experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and MVR acceptable to our Insurance Carrier.
• Prefer experience with Kia.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet service department customers promptly and Courteously.
• Listen to each customer and articulate repair needs to techs.
• Provide accurate estimates of repair/maintenance costs.
• Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress.
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up.
• Explain repairs and costs and perform active delivery.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
