Job summary

Freedom Kia is seeking a motivated Automotive Service Advisor to initiate repairs, verify warranty coverage, and develop accurate estimates for customers. This in-person, day-shift role offers a competitive salary with commission and a full benefits package.

You will act as the liaison between customers and technicians, prepare repair orders, enter RO data, and communicate service needs, timelines, and costs clearly.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience, preferred.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Responsibilities

• Serve as the communicator between customer and technician to ensure needs are understood.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor.
• Prepare repair orders (RO) and enter them into the service database.
• Communicate additional repair needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.
• Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying repairs.
• Keep customers informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses.
