Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduation or equivalent.
• One year service advisor experience or equivalent.
• ASE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a remarkable service experience from check-in to delivery.
• Listen to customer concerns and recommend diagnostic, maintenance, and repair solutions.
• Explain services clearly and confidently using automotive knowledge.
• Prepare accurate, transparent estimates for parts, labor, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Obtain customer authorization and keep customers informed during the repair process.
• Write thorough repair orders with complete technician instructions.
• Collaborate with technicians and service team to move repairs forward.
