Job summary

In this role, you will greet customers, assess service needs, present diagnostic options, and provide accurate estimates for repairs while maintaining clear communication with customers. You will collaborate with technicians and management to schedule work, obtain approvals, and ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year dealership experience.
• Ability to write clear, precise repair instructions.
• Provide labor and parts estimates.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and warranty companies for approvals.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers promptly in a friendly manner.
• Listen to reasons for service and offer diagnostic services.
• Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs.
• Explain costs and obtain proper authorizations for additional work.
• Maintain communications with customers and service team throughout the day.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives set by management.
