Job summary

Jiffy Lube is hiring Service Advisors in Maryland to create a positive guest experience and educate customers on vehicle conditions and service options. You will relay information between customers and technicians, and help build service tickets with strong communication and computer skills.

Ideal candidates are energetic, friendly, professional, and customer-focused, with the ability to explain value and tailor recommendations to each vehicle. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a dealership, automotive shop, tire center, or quick lube.
• Provide exceptional customer service and automotive knowledge for the role.

Responsibilities

• Providing Jiffy Lube guests with exceptional customer service.
• Understanding the full range of Jiffy Lube products and services.
• Accurately capturing guests’ product needs and providing updates throughout the process.
• Offering options tailored to guests’ automotive needs.
• Giving impartial advice on manufacturer time and mileage recommendations.
• Performing Jiffy Lube's Signature Service oil changes and other maintenance.
• Perform additional duties to support daily store operations and team success.
