Qualifications

• Authorized to work in USA
• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience in a dealership
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record
• Pre-employment checks including background, MVR, drug test, credit report, and license"

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen to customers' concerns and document vehicle issues.
• Explain recommended services and provide cost estimates.
• Schedule appointments and manage service bay availability.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.
• Update customers on service status and timelines.
