The role offers a salary range of $70,000 to $120,000 annually, with opportunities for growth within a fast-growing automotive brand. Local candidates with dealership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Authorized to work in the USA; valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Document customer vehicle issues accurately.
• Explain recommended services and repairs in detail.
• Communicate estimated costs and obtain customer approval.
• Schedule appointments and manage service bay availability.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.
• Provide status updates to customers throughout service.
• Maintain detailed service records for each customer.
• Prepare and explain invoices with a breakdown of services.
