Responsibilities include greeting customers, presenting service options with clear estimates, coordinating workflow, and keeping customers informed of progress and timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships.
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and vehicle systems.
• Proficient with computers, dealership management systems, and service scheduling software.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple customers and priorities.
• Honda brand experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and document service needs accurately.
• Explain services, provide cost estimates, and obtain authorization.
• Coordinate workflow to maximize department efficiency.
