Job summary
Point S Moab is hiring a Service Advisor to be the primary contact between customers and the service department. You will interpret customer needs, recommend tires and maintenance, and clearly explain work, costs, and timelines.
You will coordinate with technicians, manage service schedules, and follow up on repairs or maintenance to ensure a smooth customer experience. The role emphasizes clear communication, problem solving, and upselling appropriate services while upholding our commitment to
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Technical or vocational training in automotive repair is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Experience in customer service in automotive industry.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and appointments.
- Proficiency with POS and scheduling software.
Responsibilities
- Perform all duties and skills of a Service Advisor.
- Assess customer needs and recommend tires and services.
- Explain work details, costs, and timeframes to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and manage service schedules.
- Upsell preventive maintenance and related services.
- Educate customers on tire care and vehicle maintenance.
- Document customer concerns and track repair progress.
