Job summary

Bay Area Point S Tire & Auto is seeking a Service Advisor to be the main liaison between customers and the service department. You will understand customer needs, recommend tires and services, and clearly explain work and costs.

You will coordinate with technicians, manage service schedules, and follow up on repairs. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a background in automotive service, and the ability to upsell maintenance and tire services while ensuring a positive customer

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must.
• Experience in automotive or related industries is preferred.
• Willingness to pursue TIA certification with company support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between customers and service department.
• Explain work performed and costs clearly to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and manage service schedules.
• Provide cost estimates and schedule tires and basic services.
• Upsell services when appropriate and educate customers on maintenance.
