Auto Care Plus is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our Londonderry/Plaistow area team. This role focuses on greeting customers, documenting vehicle issues, creating repair orders, and coordinating work with technicians to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

We value experience, offer a competitive starting salary of $50,000 with potential to grow to $60,000–$90,000+ per year. Bilingual candidates, especially Portuguese speakers, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• RO Writer experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build trust and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build lasting relationships
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Create repair orders and communicate recommendations clearly
• Provide estimates and explain repair needs in a professional, customer-friendly manner
• Coordinate work between customers and technicians
