Qualifications

• At least 1 year of dealership experience.
• Ability to write clear and precise repair instructions.
• Provide accurate labor and parts estimates.
• Determine customers method of payment.
• Obtain customer signature on PO.
• Maintain continuous communication on jobs throughout the day.
• Coordinate with manufacturers/extended warranty providers for approvals.
• Be knowledgeable about products and services.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas set by management.
• Ability to perform test drives when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers promptly in a friendly manner.
• Listen to reasons for vehicle service and document accurately.
• Propose diagnostic services or repairs.
• Provide accurate estimates for services or repairs.
• Handle customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Transfer unresolved issues to management when needed.
• Answer calls promptly and guide customers to satisfaction.
• Track progress of repairs and update customers on changes.
