Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in service department.
• Experience as a service advisor or related role is preferred.
• Ability to identify vehicle problems quickly and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and obtain vehicle information.
• Clearly report vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Prepare accurate labor and parts cost estimates.
• Monitor progress of each vehicle and update customers.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers.
