Bisbee Honda of Danville is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to greet customers, inspect vehicles, and accurately identify service needs. You will promote appropriate services, provide cost estimates, and secure authorization while ensuring timely updates to customers.

Two years of experience as a service advisor and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. A valid driver's license and strong communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced, process-driven shop

Responsabilités

• Greet service customers promptly in a professional manner.
• Inspect vehicles and verify service needs using history and product knowledge.
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates and obtain customer authorization.
• Monitor service progress and communicate changes in estimates or timelines to customers.
• Handle warranty repairs per manufacturer guidelines and document work.
• Confirm appointments and conduct post-repair follow-up.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered with quality workmanship and communicate results.
