Job summary

Bisbee Honda of Danville is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to drive car sales through customer-focused service and thorough product knowledge. You will manage leads, present features, and assist buyers through the purchase process in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent
• Sales, communication and customer service are essential
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to speak a second language preferred

Responsibilities

• Greets customers on the sales floor and conducts needs analysis.
• Explains vehicle features and demonstrates operations in showroom or road.
• Researches model availability and optional equipment in the database.
• Negotiates price including tax, trade-in, license, discounts, financing or lease terms.
• Walks the lot to inspect inventory and maintains presentation.
• Completes paperwork and arranges delivery and registration of vehicles.
• Delivers vehicle and orients customer to features and ownership.
• Attends required training and department meetings.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
