Qualifications

• 1+ year of Service Advisor experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation abilities.
• Proficient with automotive service software and computer systems.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Gather customer and vehicle information.
• Listen to concerns and document service needs.
• Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage and history.
• Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts.
• Keep customers updated on repair status and timelines.
• Explain completed work and costs clearly.
• Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with technicians, parts staff and team members.
