Job summary

Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Oak Lawn is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. You will greet customers, collect vehicle information, and document service needs while communicating schedule and progress.

This commission-based, full-time role offers opportunities for advancement, competitive benefits, and a path to build strong customer relationships within the dealership network.

Qualifications

• CDJR experience preferred, but strong performance from any OEM is welcome.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license (2 years min).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service drive
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Listen attentively to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle service needs
• Determine and recommend necessary maintenance based on age, mileage and history of the vehicle.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle repairs and address any questions or concerns they may have
• Explain all completed work and charges to the customer
• Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of service orders
• Collaborate closely with service technicians, parts department, and other dealership personnel to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction

Dealership: Berman CDJR Oak Lawn
Job Title: Service Advisor
Schedule: Full-Time; Monday-Saturday. (Sundays & Weekday off)
Pay: $100,000+ annually - Commission position

Experience required – CDJR experience is preferred, but we welcome advisors with strong performance backgrounds from any manufacturer.

Job Responsibilities
