Qualifications

• 1+ year of Service Advisor experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document service needs and recommendations.
• Proficient in computer systems and automotive service software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum 2years).
• Must be willing to submit to a background screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival

What You'll Do

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival

• Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and historyPrepare accurate estimates for labor and parts
• Keep customers updated on repair status and timelines

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Service Advisor experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and earn customer trust

• Proficient in computer systems and automotive service software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum 2years)
• Must be willing to submit to a background screening
