Berman Nissan Chicago is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team in Chicago. This full-time role offers a commission-based compensation package with a base and upside potential, along with solid benefits.

You will greet customers, gather vehicle data, document service needs, and prepare estimates while coordinating repairs and communicating timelines to customers. Prior service-advisor experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Service Advisor experience required.

Responsibilities

Schedule: Full Time
Compensation: $125,000+ annually (commission position)

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Service Advisor experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and earn customer trust
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document service needs and recommendations
• Proficient in computer systems and automotive service software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum 2years)
• Must be willing to submit to a background screening
