Qualifications

• Previous automotive service experience or familiarity with service lane workflows.
• Strong track record of delivering high customer satisfaction.

• Able to work with minimal supervision and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Answer service calls and set/confirm appointments.
• Write repair orders and track status for customers.
• Act as liaison between technicians and customers.
• Guide clients through the service process and explain repairs.
• Coordinate with team for loaner vehicles, warranty processing and disclosures.
