Coughlin Automotive in Pataskala, OH is seeking an experienced Service Writer/Advisor to be the primary contact for service customers. You will own the customer experience in the service lane, managing status, repairs and diagnostics, and coordinating with technicians.

This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and teamwork. You will write repair orders, schedule appointments, and ensure proper warranty processing and loaner coordination while delivering excellent customer service.

At Coughlin Automotive, we've got more business than we can handle, and we need you! Coughlin is currently looking for an experienced Service Writer/Advisor for our Pataskala Ford location.

The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for all automotive service customers. As a Service Advisor you will own the customer experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact for the customer as it relates to their vehicle: status, repairs and diagnostics. You need to be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service.
