Woodhouse Auto Family is seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor for Complete Auto in Omaha, NE. You will be the liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs with accurate estimates and clear communication.

This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a compensation range of $45,000–$55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and collects vehicle information.
• Writes up customer's vehicle problems clearly on repair orders.
• Advises customers on car care and manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Explain repairs and provide cost estimates for labor and parts.
• Coordinate with technicians and dispatcher on timelines.
• Update customers on progress and any changes to estimates or promised times.
• Close repair orders and secure customer signatures and approvals.
