Woodhouse Auto Family in Omaha is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to act as the liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring timely, high-quality maintenance and repairs. The role emphasizes clear communication, accurate estimates, and excellent customer service.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with daytime hours, a compensation range of $45,000–$55,000 per year based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and paid time

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
• Writes up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Establishes promised time and checks with dispatcher as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the liaison between customers and our service technicians.
• Ensure customers receive exceptional service and their maintenance/repair needs are addressed promptly.
• Provide clear explanations of repairs, costs, and time requirements to customers.
• Manage updates on progress, changes in estimates, and any additional needed work.
