Job summary

Woodhouse Auto Family in Omaha, NE is seeking an Automotive Service Concierge to welcome customers, direct them to service advisors, and liaise between customers and the service team. This full-time role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a collaborative service department, providing a friendly, professional experience while ensuring smooth operations and timely communication with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Excellent driving and parking skills.
• Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screening, physical and lift test.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers and direct them to advisors.
• Expedite service initiation by researching customer needs and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Answer multi-line phones, direct calls to staff, answer questions, and take messages as needed.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, aiming to minimize hold times.
• Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
• Work closely with the Service team to ensure a great experience for employees and customers.
• Assist in follow-up with repair orders that have been completed and closed out.
• Follow established organizational procedures and health and safety policies.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.
