Job summary

Woodhouse Auto Family in Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking a friendly and organized Automotive Service Concierge to join our service team. You will greet customers, direct them to the advisors, and act as a liaison between customers and service staff.

This full-time, Monday–Friday position offers $17.00–$21.00 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package including health and retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for growth within our multi-location family.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
• Must have excellent driving and parking skills
• Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assists the Service Advisors on the service drive by meeting and greeting customers
• Expedites service initiation by researching the customer needs and directing them to the appropriate personnel to assist
• Answers multi-line phones, directing calls to appropriate staff, answering questions, and taking messages as needed
• Communicates with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time spent on hold
• Effectively handles multiple priorities, organizes workload, and meets deadlines
• Works closely with the Service team to ensure a great experience for employees and customers
• Assists in follow-up with repair orders that have been completed and closed out
• Follows established organizational procedures and health and safety policies
• Regular and reliable attendance is required
