Job summary

Diehl Automotive Group in Butler, PA is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join our fast-paced, family‑owned shop. We value reliability, a positive attitude, and strong customer service to interface with parts and technicians and to schedule repairs.

Typical hours are 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday with alternating weekends. Salary range quoted is 55,000–90,000 USD per year, with bonus and commission opportunities. Tekion experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.
• Team-oriented attitude and high energy in a fast-paced environment.
• Tekion experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve goals and objectives set by management.
• Coordinate with parts department and technicians to complete repairs.
• Perform Multi-Point Inspection.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Greet and write customers up in a timely manner.
• Maintain highest customer satisfaction per manufacturer guidelines.
• Review Repair Orders to ensure work is completed.
• Communicate effectively with external and internal customers and employees.
• Report to management for additional duties.
• Saturdays required (alternating).
