Job summary

Honda of Ames is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, identify vehicle concerns and prepare repair orders and estimates. You will review maintenance needs, explain pricing and timelines, and obtain approvals.

Coordinate with technicians and keep customers informed through delivery and follow-up. Applicants should have at least 1 year in automotive service or related roles, familiarity with CDK/ADP/Reynolds & Reynolds, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in automotive service, dealership operations or customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems such as CDK, ADP or Reynolds & Reynolds.
• Working knowledge of automotive repair terminology and multi-point inspections; valid driver's license.
