We currently have two positions open and expect them to fill quickly. You will check in vehicles, discuss needs with customers, assess warranties and history to guide maintenance, and propose additional services with clear benefits.

Responsibilities

• Check customer's vehicles in for service
• Discuss vehicle needs with customer
• Analyze remaining warranty, vehicle needs & vehicle history to recommend vehicle maintenance
• Offer additional needed services to guests and explains benefits
• Close out open tickets in a timely manner
• Provide an exceptional customer experience
• Communicate with customers while vehicle is being repaired
• Manage all open repair orders while in progress
