Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry as a lead service advisor or service management role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and repair processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of managing and motivating a team.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Responsibilities
