Gipson's Tire & Auto is seeking a client-friendly Service Advisor in Millsboro to help customers select the right automotive services and products. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional experience from initial greeting to final sale.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in retail or service environment and automotive exposure. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced shop and receive competitive pay with weekly distribution and full benefits.

Qualifications

1–2 years of retail, customer service or sales experience.
Automotive industry experience (6+ months) strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
Guide customers through the sales process across in-store, phone, and online channels.
Maintain accurate transactions and balance till end of shift.
Stay informed about promotions, warranties, and financing options to assist customers.
Coordinate with sales, service, and technicians to ensure smooth customer experiences.
