Job summary

Gills Point S Tire & Auto is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to connect customers with our service team, explain recommendations, and drive a high-quality service experience. You will help customers select tires and maintenance options while supporting technicians to ensure timely repairs.

In this role, you will greet customers, perform walkarounds, present estimates, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to build customer trust and confidently recommend products and services.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and creating a welcoming service experience.
• Listening to concerns and performing vehicle walk-arounds to identify needs.
• Providing honest recommendations prioritizing safety and reliability.
• Preparing accurate estimates and explaining tire, maintenance and repair options.
• Coordinating service appointments and communicating concerns to technicians.
• Creating detailed repair orders and reviewing final recommendations with customers.
