Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• An associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program preferred.
• ASE certification or SAE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes.
• Help establish service center procedures for tracking repair status and maintaining documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements.
• Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of engines, transmissions, and brakes.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Communicate necessary repair information to customers clearly and concisely.
