Lia CJDR Northampton is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The position emphasizes guiding customers through repairs, coordinating with technicians, and delivering a courteous service experience.

Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $125,000 per year based on knowledge and production. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K with employer match, PTO, and more. A HS diploma and clean driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Communicate repair information and recommendations from technicians to customers.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technician time is effectively allocated to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
