The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn about automotive services.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience required.
• Automotive or dealership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the service lane.
• Open and manage repair orders for routine maintenance services.
• Clearly explain recommended services, timelines, and pricing.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Provide timely updates and maintain strong communication with customers.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed promptly.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
